Organisation terms of sale
Version dated 27 October 2026
Scope
These terms concern the service supplied to organisations administering their communities. Access for individuals and members, and individual exchanges in territories, are free.
Features
Organisations have private groups, invitations, management roles, listings and exchange records. Each may create at most one time currency and manage its time bank. The service does not promise conversion of credits into money.
Prices and chargeable operations
One annual euro-denominated plan per organisation covers all its groups and exchanges, with no usage fees or additional charges per service or transfer. The price depends on organisation type and is displayed in the home-page pricing schedule. Applicable VAT and the total price are displayed before subscription.
Invoicing
Creating an organisation starts a one-month free trial with no commitment. No paid subscription or invoice is triggered automatically when the trial ends. Annual subscription requires explicit confirmation of the price and terms. It starts at the end of the free month, or on subscription if the trial has ended, and lasts one year. The accepted plan is invoiced once for that period; exchanges create no billable items. Renewal requires a new explicit subscription. Issued invoices retain their details and amounts; corrections use credit notes. No automatic debit is performed.
Platform role
The platform acts as a technical intermediary connecting members and is not a party to services performed between members.
Payment and late payment
Payment, late-payment, compensation and early-payment terms appear below and on invoices. Specific agreements and mandatory customer rules remain applicable.
Duration, termination and responsibility
The free trial has no commitment. Paid subscriptions last one year without automatic renewal. Organisations may request closure at hello@omy-time.com or through Contact. Ongoing exchanges, balances, responsibilities and records to retain are handled separately. Mandatory customer rights and the operator’s statutory duties remain applicable.
Customer status and complaints
Associations and independent professionals are not automatically excluded from protections attached to their circumstances. Applicable consumer, non-professional, small-business and public-buyer rules must be reviewed before contracting, including withdrawal, mediation or public invoicing requirements. Complaints: hello@omy-time.com.
Payment and termination terms
The annual organisation plan is invoiced in euros after explicit subscription, at the accepted price for one year. All its groups and exchanges are included with no usage fees. A one-month free trial with no commitment precedes the subscription; neither the trial nor the annual term triggers automatic billing or renewal. Individual territory exchanges remain free. Unless specific terms are stated on the invoice, payment is due within 30 days of issue, by bank transfer following the invoice instructions. There is no automatic debit. The trial has no commitment and paid subscriptions last one year without automatic renewal. Organisations may request closure at any time at hello@omy-time.com or through Contact. Stopping new operations is coordinated with their representative; amounts due under the subscribed plan remain subject to the contract and mandatory rights. Ongoing exchanges, group responsibilities, time-credit balances and records subject to retention are handled separately without erasing necessary history. Mandatory customer rights and validly agreed specific terms remain applicable.
Late payment, compensation and discounts
No discount is offered for early payment. For professional transactions governed by the French Commercial Code, late-payment interest is due from the day after the due date without a reminder: the ECB refinancing rate applicable on 1 January or 1 July of the relevant half-year, plus 10 percentage points. Fixed recovery compensation of €40 is due for each overdue invoice; justified additional recovery costs may be claimed where higher. Specific consumer, non-professional and public-buyer rules still apply. The local platform does not automatically calculate or collect these charges.
